Bookings online can only be made 48 hours in advance. If you are in town and would like to book within 48 hours of a tour date please email or call us to check availability. If possible, we can manually book your tour for you.

Pickup for your party is available throughout the Okanagan, however due to travel logistics we can only collect guests located in Summerland, Penticton, OK Falls, Oliver, and Osoyoos that book tours in the south Okanagan. Guests staying in and around Kelowna, Lake Country, West Kelowna and Peachland have access to all the tours available. Please email us if you have any questions regarding pickup locations.
Winery and restaurant preferences are subject to availability. Although we strive to accommodate all preferences and requests, the final itinerary will be set by Orion Wine Tours.
Driver and Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability. Any changes will be communicated with guests prior to the trip and guests can expect the same high quality of service from all our guides, drivers, and vehicles.
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds with at least 14 days notice from date of tour. 50% refund available when cancelling with 7 or more days notice from date of tour. No refund available for tours cancelled within 7 days of the tour date. For illness due to Covid, refunds are not available, however a gift certificate for the amount of your booking, with no expiry date, will be available.
