We take pride in offering unique, private, small group tours in fully electric and luxury vehicles, such as our Tesla Model X. Book with Orion and Tour Okanagan’s wine country, with style.

When you book with us, your group has the guide and the vehicle to itself, no sharing. Most other tour companies sell seats on a public bus so you are sharing with strangers. At Orion, your booking is yours alone and you ride in comfort in our Tesla Model X.

Yes! Our tours are offered in electric vehicles including our Tesla Model X. Other companies use tour buses or large passenger vans, but we wanted to provide a more private and elevated experience; something “with style.” We are sure you’ll enjoy your experience.

To maximize comfort and to keep the group intimate we currently book up to 5 guests on a tour.

If you would like to book a larger group please contact us directly for options.

Kids are welcome to join! All passengers need to be accounted for at the time of booking so please add them as guests during your checkout.

Pets are not not generally welcome at wineries but we might be able to accommodate small dogs… email us for more details.

Restaurant meals are optional and the cost is not included in the trip fees. After the meal you can pay your bill directly to your server, just like any restaurant visit.

Our vehicles are regularly cleaned and sanitized between tours. Unlike other tour companies with large vans, our tours are small group private tours so the risk of exposure is reduced. We require all guests to stay home if they have any signs of illness. Our policy is listed here.

Yes, our guides are fluent in multiple languages and can accommodate guests from many different cultures. However, the wineries themselves provide information primarily in English. We will accommodate and translate in those scenarios. Please contact us for information about our languages on offer!

Although Canadian winters are “the real deal,” some regions in Canada have long & hot summers with perfect conditions for growing impeccable wine grapes. White varietals have been transplanted from Germany and France and the hot South Okanagan is perfect for growing Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon making bold and complex red wines. Since the region is relatively small (compared to Australia or Napa), vintners here put all their effort into quality over quantity. You’ll be impressed with our internationally recognized and world class wines.

We require at least 48 hours notice to book through our website. For last minute bookings please contact us, we may be able to accommodate you.

Once you have booked with us we require 14 days advance notice for a full refund. With 7 days or more advance notice we can refund up to 50%. With less than 7 days notice we do not offer refunds.

We will pick up your party from the pickup address you list at the time of checkout. Pickup times are listed in the tour descriptions but may vary depending on when we are able to book your first winery tasting. Both location and time will be confirmed by text message 24 hours before pickup.

We strive to offer a seamless experience and cover all tasting fees in the cost of the tour. However, some wineries offer expanded experiences at an extra cost. If you choose a winery that carries extra fees we will communicate with you those extra costs after you have made your booking.

Since we need to reserve specific tasting times at wineries, we need to know total number of guests at the time of your booking. If you need to add guests to a booking please contact us directly and try to give us as much notice as possible. If you need to remove guests from your booking please let us know so we can refund you the appropriate amount.

Yes, lunch reservations are optional so please let us know during booking that you would like to skip lunch and carry on with tastings and sights. We are happy to cater the day to your needs but please give us notice as tasting reservations need to be made far in advance.
